When the Simpson Organization needed a roof replacement for a building in Tampa, FL they turned to Jurin Roofing Services. After our evaluation of the existing roof system we were able to offer Simpson a retro-fit of the roof instead of a full tear off, saving them thousands of dollars while still providing them with a top quality roof system.

We overlaid the existing system with 1″ of polyisocyanurate insulation and attached an .045 TPO membrane using the RhinoBond mechanically fastened system. Along with a 15 year roof system warranty, The Simpson Organization now has a new roof that looks great and will last for years while still saving them time and money.

They were looking for a competent contractor to perform the work with the ability to keep in constant contact with them regarding the progress since they would not be able to perform any site visits.

We not only installed a top quality roofing system for Smith & Smith but we were also able to utilize our Client Portal to help keep our client on track with the progress of our project. Through our client portal we were able to provide all pertinent information in a timely manner including copies of the building permit paperwork, progress photos and final inspection outcome and warranty paperwork.

When Exeter Property Group needed a quality roofing contractor to replace the roof on their 285,000 sq. ft. facility under extreme time constraints they turned to Jurin Roofing Services.

The project began by Jurin Roofing performing an infrared scan of the existing roof system to verify the need for a full tear off. The results of our scan confirmed large amounts of moisture contained within the system.

The scope of work included a full tear off down to the concrete deck and the application of adhered .5” wood fiberboard and .045 TPO membrane with a 20-year system warranty.

Jurin Roofing Services was able to bring the project to a close without incident and on schedule to allow Busch Gardens to move in on time.
